AGRiP IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE!
That the public risk and benefits pooling community will have two opportunities this year to hear best-selling author Stephen M. R. Covey. In both, Covey will be speaking on his new book The Speed of Trust which is ranked in virtually all “best selling” books lists. Business Week hailed the book as one of the top five career books of the year when first published in 2006.
Covey will be the opening keynote speaker for the September 17-19 AGRiP/CAJPA Joint Conference in South Lake Tahoe.
AGRiP has also booked Covey for a three hour workshop session onTuesday, October 28 during the October 27-29, 2008 AGRiP Governance and Leadership Conference in New Orleans. Each attendee at this conference will receive a copy of The Speed of Trust. The author will also be available for autographs after the session.
The author is the former CEO of Covey Leadership Center, which, under his stewardship, became the largest leadership development company in the world. Stephen personally led the strategy that propelled his father’s book, Dr. Stephen R. Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, to become one of the two most influential business books of the 20th Century, according to CEO Magazine.
