The salary range for the position is $86,098 - $129,147. To determine approximate total compensation, add an additional 38% to the salary. This more accurately represents the total benefits received as an employee, such as medical, dental, vision, and EAP. ACWA JPIA is covered CalPERS employer for pension. 

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating training courses. This includes assessing training needs, developing curriculum, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with various department subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee performance.

This position is located in Roseville, CA, and is full time, 40 hours per week, with hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, though there is flexibility. Remote work up to two days per week.
