Staff Forum is for top pool executives and for pool staff with at least 3 years of pooling experience or who have completed Pooling Basics.

The program offers content that’s tailored to the specific needs of pool staff, including:

• Administration (including Human Resources and General Counsel)

• Claims

• Communications

• Finance

• Member Services

• Risk Management

• Technology

• Underwriting

Registration closes on Sept. 13.

Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before Sept. 16, 2024, will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. Because AGRiP pays venue and related event expenses based upon projected attendance, refunds will not be given for cancellations received after Sept. 16, 2024 or for no-shows. View our full conference registration policies.

Staff Forum 2024 is at Grand Hyatt San Antonio. Do not make your hotel reservations until you have registered for Staff Forum.

After you register, you will immediately be redirected to a link to make hotel reservations. The deadline to reserve a room through the AGRiP hotel block is Sept. 13. You will also receive an email with hotel information. If you make reservations outside this process, AGRiP will be unable to assist you with questions or concerns related to the reservation.
